WHEN YOU'RE ACCUSTOMED TO BEING THE ONE WHO HAS THE ANSWERS
You may be successful, capable, and accustomed to managing significant responsibility and still find yourself struggling with something that can't be solved by simply working harder.
You may feel you are at crossroads, unsure which way you want to go. Relationships may be less satisfying. The life you have worked so hard to build may feel less satisfying.
Therapy offers a place to step outside of those demands. A place where you don't have to lead, perform, or have the answer. Together, we can slow things down, gain perspective, understand what is getting in your way, and determine what comes next.

A Thoughtful, Individualized Approach to Therapy
When I first meet a client, I take time to understand their reasons for wanting change and learn what that client hopes to achieve through the process. A person's time is valuable, and I want to ensure that the work we do together is meaningful to them. I have training in ACT, CBT, and DBT, and I combine these with a person-centered approach to therapy. Using interventions from these modalities, I help my clients make immediate adjustments to help them experience positive change.
Questions we might explore together:
- • What patterns are no longer serving you?
• How do you navigate high-stakes transitions?
• Where does the pressure of self-expectation begin to cost too much?
• How can we align your daily life with your actual values?
Discretion Matters
For many people, the ability to speak openly depends upon feeling confident in the privacy of the therapeutic relationship. I take a deliberate approach to the collection, use, and handling of sensitive information, ensuring your data is minimized and protected with clinical care. Sessions are never recorded, transcribed, or processed by AI.
Begin with a Conversation
The search for a counselor is a private one. I encourage you to reach out via phone or email to discuss your needs and determine if my approach is the right fit for your situation. All inquiries are handled with clinical care and absolute discretion.
